Taking Charge from the Inside Outsm

Are you aware of the physical reactions in your body that are at the heart of painful stress and emotions?  These stressful physical patterns create wear and tear on both your mind and body.  Have you ever though that it is possible to release the physical effects of painful stress and emotions by thinking them away?  And then what happens?  Those of you who have experienced the helplessness caused by these feelings in your body know otherwise.  In this workshop we’ll explore a new step-by-step process based on new findings from the field of neuroscience to help you relieve the stuck physical effects of emotions.

What you’ll learn in this workshop

  1. How neuroscience discoveries show that the brain and its neurons can be retrained to release damaging physical stress, as well as painful conditioned physical patterns.
  2. How to create new physical pathways to release the tension and produce physical ease and energy in old, stressful conditioned patterns in your body.
  3. What types of stress are most toxic for your mind and body?
  4. How to transform long-standing difficult emotions.
  5. How to release your thoughts that activate conditioned physical patterns.

What you’ll take away with you
You’ll learn new ways to release stress from your body – as it’s happening.  Besides the helpful, practical information listed above, participants also receive The Taking Charge from the Inside Out Tool Box.  Dr. Barry has developed these tools for you to use at home or work to relieve problematic stress and emotional reactions.  You’ll also receive a list of follow-up resources.
